Good news
The good news is that Joan, aka Da Goddess, has come through the surgery well. The operation was completed faster than expected and the prognosis is reported to be good for a speedy recovery. Thanks to all those who added their prayers to mine yesterday, it certainly helped her and her family to know that we were praying.
But, though the surgery is now behind her, she will need our prayers and support as she recovers.

I think it is shameful that England denies it's history with such scandalous disregard. I happened upon your blog today while looking up Trafalger, ya, you had a "google hit". :-)
Lord Nelson along with his mighty fleet and brave men indeed showed them who was master of the seas. Trafalgar was a defining point in British history among so many other comparative high moments.
The English know not who they are. Sad...
I read a great deal of your blog and enjoyed doing so. I shall return.
